Villa in Nice – Gairaut Area (ongoing project)
Located in the hills above Nice, this modern villa features clean lines, geometric volumes, and wide openings to the outside.
Monaco Fenêtres was commissioned for the full design & installation of the exterior aluminum joinery by the brand SCHÜCO.
The project includes custom aluminium sliding windows, tilt-and-turn windows (French-style opening with tilt function), and fixed windows.
These solutions were chosen for their slim fit and elegant design, thermal performance, and seamless installation into the villa’s modern architecture.
All to maximise the natural light and panoramic views, while also offering durability and low maintenance.
